Terms of Service

Effective June 15, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrackSchool at trackschool.io and any related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts for minors

The Service is intended for track & field athletes, their parents or guardians, and college coaches. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Athletes under 13 require verifiable parental consent to create an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide truthful athletic and academic information.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

  • TrackSchool offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) through our payment processor.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. [Confirm refund policy with counsel.]
  • We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

4. What the Service does — and does not — promise

TrackSchool provides recruiting tools, performance grading, college-level projections, and school matches based on the information you provide and publicly available data. These are estimates and guidance, not guarantees. We do not promise any specific recruiting outcome, scholarship, admission, roster spot, or coach response. Admissions and athletic decisions are made solely by the schools and coaches involved.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information or impersonate another person or athlete.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful.
  • Scrape, copy, or resell platform data, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Use the Service to contact athletes or coaches for any purpose other than legitimate recruiting.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile details, marks, photos, and video). You grant TrackSchool a limited license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service — including showing your profile to college coaches when you choose to make it visible. You can remove your content by editing or deleting it or closing your account.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, grading and projection systems, and branding, is owned by TrackSchool and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackSchool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Counsel to finalize.]

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of [state/jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
